As the salon’s artistic director, Jesica exudes a true passion for the hair industry. She absolutely loves what she does and cannot imagine herself in any other career. This all began when as a child, she spent time in her grandmother’s salon in Minnesota with a dream of someday following in her footsteps.
Jesica is a graduate of Paul Mitchell the School, is a national educator for John Paul Mitchell Systems, certified in color cutting texture and styling and is Keratin complex certified. In addition, Jesica spent two years teaching at Paul Mitchell the School in Tampa as a cutting specialist prior to coming to IStyle. She now has 9 years’ experience behind the chair and specializes in blondes and dimensional color.
When asked about the many challenges involved with managing a business in today’s fast-paced environment, she said the talented team around her makes it easy. In Short, she loves and values the team she works with. This allows her to focus on providing her guests with a top-notch experience! When not at the salon she enjoys spending time with her husband and spoiled K-9, Charlie.

To say that Brandon has extensive experience in the hair industry is an understatement. He has touched on almost every facet of the business possible and it shows in his work. The list of his experience and accomplishments are too numerous to mention but his resume includes over 20 years of industry experience, men’s hair cutting specialist specializing in scissor and clipper cutting, and certified razor hair cutter for both men and women.
Brandon is a graduate of Paul Mitchell the School, is a certified Paul Mitchell educator, and studied hair styling and salon business in London, England. He is also a former salon owner and sold his business in 2018. When asked why he would sell his business, he was quick to answer he wanted to focus solely on his clients. This serves as a testament to how much Brandon loves his guests and wants to provide them with a truly outstanding experience!

Fabulous! That is how Sasi strives to make every one of her guests feel as the leave the salon. She understands that a person’s hair stands out as perhaps the most element of not only how a person looks but also how it makes them feel. At IStyle we stress the importance of getting a true understanding of what the guest wants and making that image come to life. Sasi has a natural skill of creating exactly what her guests want which is a great gift in our industry. Never stop learning even when you’re teaching. This is Tanya’s (or “Oz” as everyone knows her) mantra not only in life but also within the fascinating and complex world of the beauty industry. As an international educator and new talent trainer for John Paul Mitchell systems, Oz literally travels the world training others about what she has learned as devote student of the industry. This is a demanding position, but she is driven by watching her students soar beyond their wildest dreams.
In addition to all of her industry-specific training, Oz graduated from the University of Central Florida with a bachelor’s degree in business management. Oz understands that to stay sharp at her craft, she must continually practice her skills with clients. We consider ourselves to be incredibly lucky that she chooses to do that at IStyle!

As with all of our stylists, Christian is a graduate of Paul Mitchell the School. Christian brings a wide variety of talents. We feel very fortunate to have him showcase his talents and artistry at iStyle. Each stylists seems to have a special or unique talent and Christian is no exception. He specializes in vivid hair color, razor cutting and men’s cutting on all hair textures from fine to extra curly. Not many stylists in the industry truly specialize in these services making him very much in demand. Even though Christian specializes in the more unique styles, he is equally as talented in traditional designs that fit today’s industry trends. Christian is a former Pravana Artistic Educator and for a time, worked internationally in Norway. He has since come back to the United States and is working exclusively at iStyle.
