Cancellation Policy:
When booking future appointments, we ask that a deposit be paid to lock in your spot on the schedule of your stylist. The full amount of the deposit will be credited toward your service when performed. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can sometimes alter best-laid plans. For that reason, please give a 24 hour notice if you’re unable to keep your scheduled appointment. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of your deposit. This policy is intended to allow your stylist to fill cancellations with guests who might be on a waiting list for services and maintain an efficient scheduling system that benefits all guests and stylists alike.

Reservation Confirmations:
iStyle reservations are often made weeks or months in advance and it’s easy to forget the date and time they are scheduled for. It is our commitment to remind our guests two days in advance of their scheduled reservation. We offer three convenient ways to receive your confirmation: Phone Call, Text Message, or Email. Confirmations will be done at least 2 days in advance.

Friends and Family:
Florida State Board law requires that any person not actively in the process of receiving services by a stylist, must remain in the reception area where we gladly provide complimentary beverages, snacks, magazines and free wifi. Thank you for your cooperation.
